IBM WebSphere UOW classes, added for use by org.springframework:spring-tx.

These artifacts are renamed from their original home in the SpringSource
EBR (com.ibm.websphere:com.springsource.ibm.websphere.uow). They can
be used interchangably with those artifacts, but of course without forcing
a dependency on EBR itself.
